What do you do in your role at The Next Step?

I work in several facets of The Next Step. I assist in Market Research, SEO, Social Media as well as Drone Operation.

How/when did you first become interested in this type of work?

My interest in this type of work came mostly organically by trial and error. I have tried a breadth of things in different areas of The Next Step, and I feel like I have now found a casserole of different tasks to complete that piques my taste buds. (that was a very corny joke, yikes, but I’ll leave it)

What aspect your job brings you the most satisfaction?

What brings me the most satisfaction is when I figure something out. It feels like I am regularly adding a new tool to the toolbox, and that feeling of improvement is what excites me.

What book would you most likely recommend to others and why?

The book I would recommend is ‘The Tipping Point’ by Malcolm Gladwell. The book demonstrates a lot of lessons about how small, consistent action and improvements pay dividends over time that can be applied to business and personal life.

How do you like to spend your free time?

I like to spend my free time reading books, watching MMA, traveling, and doing what my girlfriend plans for us to do. 😊
