What do you do in your role at The Next Step?

The role I perform at The Next Step is Account Management. I make sure all the projects are moving forward and build relationships with the customers we are currently working with.

How/when did you first become interested in this type of work?

So, I have a Bachelors of Science in Entertainment Business. Deep down I have always been into making sure everything is organized and on track. It was until Jeff mentioned the possibility of me becoming and Account Manager within The Next Step and started performing as one I really put me head into realizing that being and Account Manager is where I feel at home.

What aspect your job brings you the most satisfaction?

One of the key areas that brings me the most satisfaction is the ability of building relationships. Being an Account Manager allows me to always have that human interaction I love nurturing and build a trustworthy relationship that propels all the work we do at The Next Step.

If you have a pet, what do you most enjoy about them?

I have 2 pups. Both Golden Retrievers. The boy named Lucca and the girl named Babi. I enjoy the unconditional love and support they offer all humans. If you are feeling happy, they enjoy the time with you, if you are feeling sad they are always there to cheer you up.

Not to mention going on adventures with them. Watching them play at the lake or sea is one of the greatest things I’ve ever seen.

How do you like to spend your free time?

I am a full on DIYer. If there is something for me to fix, repurpose, reuse, or make I always jump into doing it. Self-teaching myself on any new skill I might leverage both in my personal and professional life is something I enjoy.

Credentials and Certifications

I can’t say that I have a lot of degrees and certifications that further backs up my position but what I can say is that I am always open to learning new things so if there is an area I need to improve on, I will challenge myself to go through the appropriate training.
