Job Summary

The Inside Sales position is a key member of our team who will prospect and sell to a variety of clients. This person will be a high-energy, high-performing, ambitious individual who can help us meet our growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong new business prospector who is technically inclined and is heavily versed in solution-oriented sales. Prior experience in agency-based selling is a plus. Fully remote position with flexible work hours.

Responsibilities include:

  • Enjoy heavy outbound telephone & email prospecting and follow-up
  • Internet, phone, and face-to-face presentations
  • Recruit, sign, and develop new clients
  • Continuous improvement-minded
  • Focused on hitting company objectives
  • Ability to manage the sales process and opportunity pipeline from lead to close
  • Maintain market insights to help the organization grow
  • Ability to work with clients from entry level to c-suite
  • Help build strategy to grow market and key customers
  • Be an active team player to achieve wider company objectives
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements include:

  • 4-year degree
  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Strong emphasis on acquiring new customers
  • Experience selling to a variety of levels from end-user to C-suite
  • A consultative solution-based sales methodology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion, influence, and negotiation
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent PC and internet skills, including experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and web presentation applications
  • Experience in selling agency solutions is a plus
